The pre-requisite of being able to work with LAMSS is a minimum of 5 years of hands-on translation and interpretation experience and minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree. In addition to this,LAMSS seeks its interpreters and translators to have worked with at least 5 I/NGOs among other institutions and translated at least 500 pages for reputed development agencies with proven track record.
We run background check on our interpreters and translators for their work reputation.We don’t send any interpreters on international assignment without having at least one prior international assignment experience.
